Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Change of mind

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays return delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7 working days of receiving the item.
